Send an email to (el@qaov.org) The email box will be checked daily. Responses will be posted to this FAQ list, or if requested, sent back to the author of the email.
Leave a written note in the box located in the mailroom. The mailbox will be checked 3 to 4 times per week.

They will send you back to Colleen, Board Treasurer.
Contacting our partners will slow down the project, and as happened in the past, will lead to confusion and potentially interfere with the project moving forward, something we cannot afford financially.

Contract between QAOV and ELTEC was signed in January 2023 and fully executed on February 2, 2023. President Thompson signed the contract.
