Board of Directors
The board is made up of volunteers who need and welcome your help to make this a great place to live. If you have skills you wish to share, suggestions, see things in need of attention, or can pitch in to help with tasks around the building, the board would greatly appreciate your help.
The Board
An HOA board is a group of people whose role is to run the association.
Board positions are held for 3 years.

The QAOV HOA board is comprised of four core members and 1 General Member
Co Presidents - Colleen Stump, Lorraine Mitchell
Presidents spend most of their time acting as facilitators and communicators among the other officers. This position requires excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.

Treasurer - Colleen Stump
The HOA board treasurer acts as the financial manager for the association. He or she is responsible for the association funds and maintaining all financial records. From billing and collections to disbursement of funds, the treasurer oversees all things financial.

Secretary - Miki Richmond
The Secretary plays an important role in preparing for, and documenting, association meetings. Perhaps most prominently, the Secretary bears responsibility for taking minutes of all meetings (Board and membership), getting minutes approved, and distributing approved minutes.
