A copy of the lease agreement must be supplied to Building Management prior to any new tenant occupancy
Lease and rental contracts must comply with the Declaration, Bylaws and House Rules. These must be supplied to and explained to occupants who by terms of the contract agree to comply. Failure to comply may result in eviction.
Lease must must be for at least six months.
Homeowner must provide proof of a background check to Building Management; results are not required to be submitted to the Association.
Contact information for both occupants and owners must be on file (Fill out the QAOV registration).
Short term rentals (less than 30 days) are prohibited.
Leasing parking spaces and storage spaces to non-residents of QAOV is prohibited.
Damages made during any change in occupancy will be assessed to the unit owner.
