General Information

New Residents:

New residents should contact CWD Group Main Phone: (206) 706-8000 prior to officially taking residence. This will allow us to hang elevator padding to help protect our building, and will allow the board to announce to the association when the elevator may not be readily available for residents with mobility issues. Building rules require a notice of 2 business days of all resident changes. Failure to contact the management company could result in a fine. If you have unwanted items, please do not leave them abandoned in or around the building. Please click here to learn how to dispose of your other unwanted items.

Access to Shared Resources:

Occasionally, you may need access to areas such as the water main, electrical panel, or cable television room. Prior to scheduling an appointment with a professional service person, and to avoid frustration, please call(206) 706-8000 to make arrangements for someone to unlock any secured areas your service professional may need access to.

To avoid frustration, please contact the management company before beginning your remodeling project.
